HDI is a program designed to aid Help Desk and other support personnel with gaining important information from users' systems when there is a support issue with the less than able user or on systems where policies may prevent this information from being readily obtained.
Once installed, it sits unobtrusively in the system tray as a standard icon. But when activated with a double click, displays an 'always-on-top' windows with fully customisable information that the user can read out to support personnel. If you are have problems with roaming, inexperienced users, then use this window to display information such as: User logon credentials, system name, IP Address, etc. There are over 50 'nuggets' of information that can be displayed and everything is customisable in the registered version. When finished with, the user just clicks the 'Hide' and the window gently disappears to the tray, ready for next time.
