At WizardBlue, we try very hard to make our software 'bug free'.  However, as this is the real world, little annoyances do creep in.  It is not possible to test software on every Operating System, with every bit of hardware and every other bit of software.

So it is expected that there may, on occasions, be a problem.  To help make our software better, we want you to tell us about any repeatable problem you have experienced with our software.  Then we can strive to correct it and provide you a better product.

If you wish to report a problem with the WizardBlue web site, please use an alternative form to send details directly to the web master.
